@luiscantero, our test infrastructure is using V2.1.0 version now and I haven't seen many failures recently that I would suspect are due to this problem. So I think that we can close this bug now and I can reopen it if I see similar behavior again with the new version.

@karok2m if you really are using V1.2.4, then that is an old version. The current one is 2.1.0. Please pull the newest image and try again.
Also, have you noticed a threshold from which the issue starts to happen? e.g. does it happen with 1000 ms as publishing interval, 900 ms, 800 ms ... etc.?
