Wanted to report that I'm having similar issues. I've seen mention of deleting and redding dashboards as a fix for the problem, but this is not true in my case.

I've found success in downloading them direct from Github and by replacing all sections of {Workspace} {Subscriptionid} {TenantID} in VScode. Then uploading them via the function in the dashboards. It's been relatively flawless - only had issues where I've missed a section.
