Works for me when i want to disable a diag setting deployment It overrides the parameter configured in the policysetdef - https://github.com/Azure/terraform-azurerm-caf-enterprise-scale/blob/main/modules/archetypes/lib/policy_set_definitions/policy_set_definition_es_deploy_diagnostics_loganalytics.tmpl.json

@v1ferrarij - its the policy assignment you need to override not the definition. So instead of "Deploy-Diagnostics-LogAnalytics" use "Deploy-Resource-Diag"
