Hi,
Would you please help to check the following?

1. a 64-bit Windows, because this tool only supports 64 bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or 2012R2.
2. The latest version of ADLA Tool installed: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49504
3. In the case of VS2013, you will also need VC2015 runtime: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50410   and https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=51682

Now it is working fine, after installing "Visual C++ Redistributable for
Visual Studio 2015" using below link.
