chxdoc 1.1.2 / static generic functions have wrong signature

I am not sure I want to change this behaviour, as T is bound to the generic 
type for myFunction. If you had multiple generics, like myOtherFunction<T>, 
your expected output would show <T> for all of them, leading the reader to 
perhaps think that all the T's are the same.

Nevermind... seems I already addressed this issue at some point, and I was just 
contradicting myself. Try installing chxdoc 1.1.4 from haxelib, which is haxe 
2.10 ready
