New Chocolatey provisioner that takes a list of software names to install

This allows the installation of software from Chocolatey as described above, but it also has some extra features:

• You can now pass in arguments to custom script provisioners on the VM level
• Passing in arguments for choco provisioner on the VM level overrides the original software list passed
• Arguments passed at the VM level must be pipe (|) separated for multiple arguments

To override choco software at the VM template level:

To pass arguments to custom script:

    ]
}

Which will pass "create" and "C:\Logs\MyLogs"
