You need to upload the dropship package under "packages/Webkul" directory, so it can load it from there.

We are working on compatibility with v1.3.1 and soon it's going to be released. Also, for issue run command php artisan config:cache .

I have faced the same issue. Add following line instead of the "Webkul\\Dropship\\": "packages/Webkul/Dropship" in composer.json if you follow the step in "https://webkul.com/blog/laravel-aliexpress-dropshipping/". You will get this error. @prateek-webkul Appreciate it if you can update the tutorial.
