The runserver implementation is only available in the git repo for now, 0.1.2 don't have it

Just a clarification, when you run hello from an older branch, it is actually a CGI executable, so that was the intended behavior.
If you want to install a new version on macos you can just run brew install jaysonsantos/tools/balde --HEAD
