Reload, Unload and Loading commands with a command

To reload, you just have to call loadScript and and give the path of the command/module you want to reload and specify the second argument too, which is a bool (e.g loadScript('./commands/eval.js', true)
If you want to reload all commands/modules you can do a foreach loop like I did in the bot.js file.
Unloading commands is not implemented yet, but I am working on it.

Actually, I've now run into another problem. With the reloading, although it says it reloaded the scripts, it actually has not. Which is odd.
You know why?
