Thank you for report, but... what PHP Console version do you use? In last version POSTPONE_REQUESTS_LIMIT is not used. It was my fault that I did not removed it from PhpConsole\Connector
.
Now postponed requests are auto-removed by lifetime.
Tomorrow I will add code to limit postponed requests by count. Also I will add option to use gzcompress
. There will be ticket reference in commit, so you will get notification.

To test the issue I forked master and changed it to 2. Changing it seemed
to resolve the 500 errors, but they were sporadic this time anyway as
opposed to constant like it was in the previous version. Possibly because
of your time-based removal it fixed itself while I was forking and changing
composer.

I just wanted to update and say the periodic 500 errors still persist. So yes I think the issue is that your lifetime is either too long for my usage or I would like the ability to limit by count.

Sorry, I did not have enough free time to write fix. For now you can try to set lifetime as 5 seconds.
