Here is a description with some C++ code of how to calculate 3D coordinates from the 2D Depth Map
There is nothing for Python but maybe the C++ can guide you in the right direction.
By the way it is also possible to set a confidence threshold in the camera to filter out certain distances

We are close to releasing full support for blaze in pypylon
If you wan't to test the last RC:
pip install pypylon==4.0.0rc2from pypylon.
