List view doesn't populate some metadata columns

This is known, many are quick placeholders and unfortunately this layout hasn't gotten enough development time. The intention here is to show a table of whatever ffprobe could show via -show_format or -show_streams.

I added audio channel layout and bit depth with c541b90 and 70461df. I worked on sample format but am hesitant to use it (see 1429ec6); for instance for a pcm_s24le it would provide 'signed 32 bit' as the sample format.

I also added more fields on frame rate and color info.
