Clang 3.3's implementation of std::mem_fn is not const-friendly.

Your code is obviously flawed, because variables captured by value are const by default. I am not sure how this is related to this library at all. If your code compiles with stdlibc++, then it's another sign not to use GNU's standard library implementation.

The title is obviously only half-true - it might be not friendly, but at least it's const correct.

I'm not trying to point out a fault in the library, I have some code I'd like to push and I was wondering how to implement it. But giving it a second thought, it would seem more consistent to just drop constexpr in my code.
