I also have this issue. Is it possible to hide the youtube logo on the bottom right? It shows for a few seconds after playback starts and it shows constantly why video is paused.

Im facing the same issue, now i have scaled the iframe and solved the issue

I don't think there's a way, besides putting something on top of it... but if your player is fluid, then that won't be too easy to accomplish. I ended up switching off youtube and going with Vimeo Plus andVimeo JS.
