I believe this feature is already in place - are you seeing a different behavior?

The code linked here https://github.com/RiotGames/ridley/blob/master/lib/ridley/host_connector/ssh.rb#L190-L205 - is the slightly-cryptic net/ssh ruby code necessary for handling output from an SSH call - when you use Ridley to execute a bootstrap or chef-run, it should be outputting to log.info.

This same behavior should be mirrored on winrm calls for Windows nodes.

Ah, that gives me something to explore. All I had scavenged up before were the .stderr and .stdout attributes from HostConnector::Response. https://github.com/RiotGames/ridley/blob/cb75206ba049f5c6ef667aca972132b26dc5b087/lib/ridley/host_connector/response.rb#L6-L7

Thanks though. It's not still immediately clear how to best do this, but this seems like it points me in the right direction.
