A workaround for this is to use the find method:
Bigcommerce::Sku.find(121, 116, connection: bc_connection)where 121 is a product id and 116 is a sku id.

It seems like the URL you are passing into the get is not properly structured. Check out the Sku resource and see if you update the URL to be more like https://github.com/bigcommerce/bigcommerce-api-ruby/blob/master/lib/bigcommerce/resources/products/sku.rb#L27-L29 if you can get it to work. Going to close this for now, but if you need any help, please ping me and I will take a look.
