Now I get it. Hmm that is somewhat more difficult. I have no way of telling the ar of the season thumb. I'll try to think of something.

Can't you use the ratio ?
Or maybe just the height.
Landscape are 281 px high. If you get something w/ less than 300px high, you could fallback to poster.jpg. (Cause there is only 2 choices : it is a landscape thumb, or a really crappy poster. In both cases I think taking the poster.jpg or scraped tv poster is better).

I have no idea how the skinning engine work, so if that's not possible, could you add an option in the view setting to have it back the way it was ?
Or even better, an option to choose between Season art and Show art ?

78416ef adds an option to toggle between season and tv show thumb. I think this is most flexible solution as it's impossible to determine if season thumb are landscape or posters without adding global option like tv show poster/banner.
