Can we just do this?

remove(prep,pca)

I tried but doesn't work. I guess prep needs to be in the global enviroment for DeconRNASeq to find it? Or do we need to load/require the library? Or can we insert prep into the DeconRNASeq environment?

oh I get it now... this is an error from the DeconRNASeq package/function because it does not prepend pcaMethods to the prep function. I'm not sure how to fix that. I would guess that the prep = pcaMethods::prep would be the best idea.
