Hi @zburcham, thank you for your report. To clarify, were you able to get the biplot working?
Note that the biplot here is one where each point corresponds to a taxa and each arrow corresponds to a covariate. If you want to create biplots with samples as points - perhaps deicode is more relevant for your use case.

Yes I was able to get the biplot working. I misunderstood that the points correspond to taxa instead of samples. Thanks!
