1. The fees unfortunately depend on the amount you send, as in: depending on the amount you want to send, different inputs might be required, changing the size and fee of the resulting transactoin.

but arent fees (both in terms of speed and what you enter) determined via the sat/vB which does not change depending on size?

The total fees you get in the end will change, yes, but that is a metric you dont exactly enter

might be useful to check fees before deciding how much to send etc.

well the sat/vbyte gives a ballpark tho. like if I can see that the current fees for fast transactions are on like 1000 sat/vByte that's not gonna be a send
