Use VisualStyleRenderer for hovered state

In the next 6.0 release, we will have theming support for the control. The 
default 
theme will use system colors, but it will be possible to create new themes with 
different colors. Using the VisualStyleRenderer means that we will always have 
to use 
system colors and will defeat the purpose of theming. 

That being said, this suggestion may find itself into a new renderer that 
always sticks 
to the system visual style regardless of control's theme. So, I'll keep this 
issue open 
for a future release.
