I tried to closely emulate the native Error class.

Basically, I started by following this Stack Overflow answer and tweaking to get it working with ES6 syntax.

To be honest, I don't elderly remember the reason for the changes, but I believe it had to do with errors that extend this class would show up as ExtendableError when logged. I had other issues getting these errors to work with Bluebird's .catch(predicate, handler) syntax (which was my main purpose in wanting something like this).

I'll take a look at the links suggested and see if I can get this working a bit better.
