Iteration 2:

We can make make FrameBuffer independent of VncCanvas with few simple tweaks:

• VncCanvas is used by bitmap-data classes .
• They access width/height of VncCanvas.
• These can be replaced with method arguments.

Now FrameBuffer can be moved to ViewModel.

For Restarts:

For No-restart:

Now FrameBuffer needs to be created only once.

Can you please answer few queries:

1. LargeBitmapData is not used anymore (conditional branch for its creation is never executed). Even if I force its use, I can't get past the "Loading first frame" dialog. Is this intentional or a bug?
   I was wrong, it is used. This appears to be a bug.

2. What is 'local cursor' ? I see few references to setUseLocalCursor/getUseLocalCursor Got it.

3. What does rfb.inNormalProtocol denotes?
