"Overwrite contents of files to prevent recovery" option bricks Windows

Was this the first time you ever used "overwrite contents of files"? Or was it the first time since Windows 11 23H1?

Could you please post a screenshot (using a smartphone or something) of "OS will not start up after a reboot"?

Do you remember which options you had enabled for cleaning? If not, can you access the bleachbit.ini file and either attach it here in GitHub or email it to me if I give you an email address?

This was the first time using this option.

Unfortunately I've had to reinstall Windows so that I could continue using my device. But what had happened was that the computer would appear to boot as normal, it would POST and show the logos and spinning loading circle. Then, after fading to black, it would kind of appear glitched? There would be a seemingly random pattern of pixels that were lit up and ones that were not, and they were different shades of white. I'm not sure if this is a good enough description, sorry!

Pretty much all of the options from both the built in Bleachbit ones and the Winapp2.ini were selected the first time through. I tried deselecting options from the "System" and "Microsoft Windows" categories that looked like they would have a chance of corrupting the system, and it still happened. After that, disabling the "overwrite contents of files" and enabling all of the options seemed to work without error.

Oh my bad. It was on Windows 22H2. 23H1 isn't even out yet
