See the MSVC runtime instructions in the known issues section of the release notes. Does this help?

I have a low end pc is there a way to just copy the dll from a previous entry or without installing additional stuff

Copy msvcr100.dll from the portable zip file from BleachBit 4.4.2 to the install directory of the new version. Put it in the same directory as bleachbit.exe.
I'm curious what you mean by low end. What is the disk capacity? Which version of Windows?

Sorry i just don't want to install extra dependencies as i'm running windows on a small i5 laptop
