Please describe your operating system version : Are you on Windows 10, Windows 10, etc?

Which version of BleachBit?

Did you download the official version from bleachbit.org or a third party site?

Are you using the installed or portable version?

Did it work before and suddenly stop? Or never worked?

Which antivirus/security software do you use? Examples: Bitdefender, Norton, McAfee, Eset, Avira

I have the same problem:

• Windows 10 (fully updated).
• Official version.
• Executed as admin and normal user.
• Both portable and installer version says missing msvcr100.dll, when i add msvcr100.dll to the folder or /system32, then I see the error code 0xc000007b.
• Never worked.
• Antivirus: Default windows defender antivirus, no other one installed.

I am using windows 11. The version number is 4.5. I downloaded it from the official site. I tried both the installer and portable version. it worked before, I installed the 4.2 version later which worked. My antivirus is Kaspersky. Later I installed it from winget which is version 4.6.0 which works. Sent with [Proton Mail](https://proton.me/) secure email.

What if you use CI Build 4.6.1.2575? This should contain the correct DLL, so please be sure to remove the msvcr100.dll from your system32 folder.
