Blend2D uses a statically linked AsmJit at the moment - the reason is that a lot of package managers have outdated versions. The simplest way is to download the release version (https://blend2d.com/download.html) and to just build that - releases contain a bundled asmjit that is guaranteed to work.

Or just use both blend2d and asmjit from master branch, they are also guaranteed to work.

I'm closing this issue.

To compile Blend2D with MINGW, you have to either use the release version or provide asmjit source to blend2d (and to tell it where it is by using ASMJIT_DIR). This will most likely not change in the near future as package managers are terrible with updating asmjit and blend2d is always tested with the most recent asmjit.
