What specifications do you use to install Blockscout?

i am new, i just download blockscout from github i dont know how to stepup, explain step by step in easy way

system specification:
-> os windows 10
-> proccessor intel i5 7th gen
-> 4gb ram and 250 gb rom

Docker version 24.0.6, build ed223bc
Docker Compose version v2.23.0-desktop.1
docker.io/hexpm/elixir:1.14.5-erlang-24.2.2-alpine-3.18.2

using docker to fetch data
