I could not exactly repeat your direct error, but I did manage to reproduce a crash; and that seems to be related to this stanza:

  use({
        'rose-pine/neovim',
        as = 'rose-pine',
        config = function()
            vim.cmd('colorscheme rose-pine')
        end
    })

Somehow this is producing a race-condition of sorts between the rose-pine theme and nvim-linefly.

I believe that your config line there should be removed. Setting of the colorscheme, in-my-experience, should happen after all plugins have been loaded (usually the last line of init.lua).

Please do this instead:
