According to the error you did not properly install python... The error is indicating that there's an issue with the environment variable for CUDA, specifically CUDA_PATH, which is not correctly set or missing, leading to a failure in importing necessary components for your training script to run.
Try uninstalling python and re-install it following the instruction: During the installation process, ensure that you select the option to add Python to the 'PATH' environment variable.
