This has nothing to do with BEP standard proposals... binance.org is decentralized exchange, so you must have authorized a wallet before using the exchange... If you used a browser extension to authorize, it should have stored the authorization and still show it.
If you used mobile application to authorize the wallet, the mobile application should show the unspent BNB amount. Any spent amount should show as token balances if the wallet supports BEP tokens.
If the wallet doesn't automatically support BEP tokens, the token balances should still show up in block chain explorer when you view your own address.
