Reproduced loading a post containing a simple chart.

An error occurred displaying the chart.
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')

The post was created in August 2021 so doesn't have many attributes

The workaround doesnt work for this post

The problem occurs when no value has been set for background color overrides or border color overrides. I needed to change parseCSV to return an empty array when passed an undefined value for str.
