Yeah, the example is wrong, I'll fix that... for save
, the first argument isn't the options, it's any additional attributes you want to set/save, so you'd need to do:
.save(null, {transacting: t});
I'll try to add one in the test cases...
The options are a convenience, so you can have an object that goes along through any calls, passing additional information to any event handlers, they sort of vary by call... mainly on fetch it's the {withRelated: [...]}
for the eager loading, {require: true}
if you want the model.fetch to fail if an entry isn't found, {method: 'insert'}
if you want to, say run an insert, even though a primary key is already in place, and {defaults: true}
if you want to merge with defaults, even though the model isn't new.
