thats a very odd error log - almost all the other users who had an install failure had it fix itself by rebooting OSX, but this - I'm not so sure.

ok, I've tested on my very bare OSX VM using both 10.9.2 and 10.9.3, and it installed fine.
Can you please reboot and see if that helps - and otherwise - is there anything that might be different?

Oh, find the reason. My pkg file is incomplete. Amazon s3 is quite unstable here. Thx anyway!

argh. So pkg files don't get validated - I guess thats why people wrap a pkg in a dmg aven when the pkg is a fat archive not a directory.
