This might just be a side-effect of having the draw_centeredsetting active somewhere, you can overwrite it for Evernote notes by opening a note then go to

Preferences > Settings - More > Syntax Specific - User

And set

"draw_centered": false

Tried and failed...

I think "draw_centered" is to set if to put the whole view at the vertical center when a certain line width (such as 80 characters) is set. The problem I encounter is that the view keeps the cursor at the horizontal center. That is, if I am at the third line from the bottom, when I hit enter, the view will scroll up to put the cursor at the center line of the view.

I am running the plugin on OSX, Maverick, build 3059.

Ah sorry, I misunderstood your question then.
The Evernote plugin does not implement such a feature.
It would seem that there is another plugin implementing the scroll thing when the syntax is related to Markdown. You need to figure out which plugin is responsible for that and configure it to suit your needs...
If it can help, you can distinguish general markdown from the one in evernote notes by using the scope text.html.markdown.evernote.

Resolved. Seems to be a conflict with the MarkdownEditing plugin.
