@leedoopal 맞이 필수필드야~

그런데 swagger에는 필수 필드로 안되어있을꺼야!

아직 행사 링크 필드가 추가되지 않은 개발환경에서 필수필드로 만들어놓으면

행사 링크 입력 폼 추가 전까지 새로운 배너를 등록할 수 없을것이기 때문이지!

개발 어드민에서 14번 배너 클릭했을때 에러가 떨어지는데! 요거 배너 노출시간, 노출 종료시간이 없어서 그런건가!!?

앗 맞아! 종료시간은 required 필드라서 없을거라 예상하지 않았거든
방어코드 추가해서 배포해놨어!!
