Hey Eric,
This project's only a couple weeks old at this point but we're already using it for projects here at Bronto so issues are getting fixed pretty quickly. I haven't gotten a chance to write any documentation for it yet, but for the most part it should work very similarly to other Sphinx domains and the javasphinx-apidoc tool was modeled after the Sphinx built in sphinx-apidoc tool.
I specified an MIT license when I uploaded it to the Python package index, but I went ahead and added a LICENSE file as well.
Hope you find javasphinx useful and let me know if you run into any issues.
