holdings requests aren't finding the bib & thus aren't getting title

Progress:

• example problem url -- this page has no bib in the page's url, or in the url to the bib page.
• options were to either grab the title out of the problem-page's url, or to figure out a way to get the bib (which is used to get the title when the title is blank, via an availabiity-api).
• decided to go for the bib, because in the future, we'd like all easyscan requests to include a bib-number, so the landing page can call an updated availability-api to check that the material is actually permitted to be scanned (i.e., no scanning of DVDs).
• got the bib working in forked code (not here yet); have request in to update josiah staging to call dev server for further testing.
