Unnecessarily many bash terminals are made when hot-key launched

I have the same issue as kawadumax :) and I'm also on macOS.

Every launch of a love program open an instance of the VScode integrated terminal and don't kill it when program is quit.

Same issue on Ubuntu. When I pressing hotkey, run my app and close it, new terminal creates in background, so I must close current terminal and switch to next each time!

UPD: I add terminal.show(true); after terminal.sendText("love --console .", true); in extension.js to fix this issue, but have no idea, how to close old terminals.

I used this to solve this problem in linux

    let terminal = vscode.window.createTerminal();
    terminal.show();
    terminal.sendText("love --console . && exit", true);

The problem is that you cannot read the program output after closing, as it will close the terminal immediately. The best solution would be to check vscode API for a way to reuse the same terminal every time, instead of always opening a new one and then killing it.
