entity's data must not include fields with the name id or type! check it!

First class citizen entity object.

Create an Entity class that inherits from NativeObject. The class will have readonly id and type fields. In addition, it will override the set field method as following: if we're trying to set the id/type fields or if we're inside a b-thread - an exception will be thrown, otherwise it will call the super setter.

Improved query performance

Currently, queries receive an Entity and determine whether it is an answer to the query or not.
There are two problems with the current approach:

1. The number of context switches between java and js is huge.
2. The answer can be only an entity and not a set of entities.

This issue proposes a new approach where the query receives the entire bp.store and returns a list of answers to the query.
The first advantage - there is only one context switch for each query.
The second advantage - each answer can be either an entity or a ComposedEntity, that inherits from Entetiy and may consist of more than one entity. the id of a ComposedEntity is entities.map(e=>e.type+'^'+e.id).sorted.concatenated.

Bug in base:Event function

The first condition supposed to check if data is null, however when data = 0, it is true as well
