已找到原因：coco格式为了匹配代码还得把box的坐标转成VOC格式

之后通过排除问题，依然没有消除网络输出不正常的问题，目前已经排除了重写的Dataloader的问题，现在问题可能出在重写的网络上

发现：取消冻结BN层网络更容易收敛，否则就会出现该现象，
原因：有待进一步考察
