Do not do this by default. Let the user just enable this in their apps if they want. they can easily include that module themselves.

For now we can just leave this up to the user. If they're using something like bluebird then async stacktraces seem to "just work" in many cases.

In the future we might want to show the async jumps in the web UI, but that will require a much larger change.
