Translator doesn't work with newest version of openpyxl

Cool roof not being mapped correctly

Currently, the cool roof is being mapped to a UDF, but it should be mapped to RoofSystem/SpecialRoofClassification.

Glazing percentage needs to be converted to ratio

The data associated with Glazing area, approx % of exposed wall area [10, 25, 50, 75, 90, 100]* is not being converted to a fraction before used as WWR.

No documentation

There's little to no documentation of how to use the translator.

Version 1.0 is not supported

The translator needs to be updated to support version 1.0 of the schema.

Estimated annual energy should be mapped to ResourceUse/AnnualFuelUseNativeUnits

Estimated Annual Use in "All - Delivered" should be mapped to ResourceUse/AnnualFuelUseNativeUnits

Conditioned Area from Space Functions can now be mapped to a FloorArea

As with the percent leased, Conditioned Area from "All - Space Functions" can now be mapped to a FloorArea element.

Percent leased can now be mapped to a FloorArea

Percent leased from "All - Building" can now be mapped to a FloorArea element with FloorAreaType set to Tenant.

Non-energy Cost Savings should be mapped to MeasureSavingsAnalysis/OtherCostAnnualSavings

Non-energy Cost Savings from "L2 - EEM Summary" should not be mapped to a UDF and instead should be mapped to MeasureSavingsAnalysis/OtherCostAnnualSavings

Update STD211 spreadsheet importer

This importer is based on BuildingSync schema version 1. This issue is to update the importer to use the latest release of the BuildingSync schema.
