I can't replicate your first error unfortunately:

Error: Problem with `mutate()` input `live_stream_id`.
x character string is not in a standard unambiguous format
i Input `live_stream_id` is `(function (x, ...) ...

For the second error, please try reinstalling, I just made the made a change that would make your code above work. The error was caused since the the ride_ part hasn't been applied to the column name when the dictionary is parsed.
