Here is the list of required tasks to resolve this issue:
- create Blueprint base theme for theme authors to extend from
- create _Gruntfile.js, and _package.json templates as well as files/folders(cabin.json, tests) in Cabin to generate theme
- write
themecommand which inquires about the template engines and preprocessors which the author wants to support and generates the theme
from cabin.
