Support App::Link / Part::Link models

Perhaps work is needed on the FreeCAD side of Part::Link as well. The links are built and contain the path the referenced file. The path should allow for an URL as well and CadCloud should provide an url that refers to a specific model/part.

Then a link within a document could refer to a remote part in the cadcloud system and the part could be pulled on demand.

The URL to the model does exist as long as you are authenticated in CADCloud. I think yes a good first step might be that FreeCAD Link support URI instead of file name. That shouldn't be that hard. I do not think it is going to be extremely hard to implement. I spoke with @yorikvanhavre briefly about it and he is also in love with the idea to make it happens. We are polishing the current CADCloud. Let's implement the project fork (which is really mandatory I think for efficient link purpose) and we shall be good to go. I didn't opened the discussion at FreeCAD level as there was stress on 0.19 release ;)
