Looks like this is related to arweave network issues, I was closing the script after it had 30 minutes of solid StatusCodeNotOK errors, but in my last attempt I just left it open and after about 1.5 hours of errors it picked back up and completed the upload. Weird, but at least it works, just be super patient and don't close it!
