Agree, but need to remember to update for each release tag. Relative links don't work in the YAML.

@maxl2287 thanks for the catch.
As one of the goals of the split was to make the implementation of qos-profiles optional (at least for the current release) and to avoid a link to main, I will propose the following sentence:
The set of QoS Profiles that are available may be retrieved via the qos-profiles API (cf. https://github.com/camaraproject/QualityOnDemand/) or will be agreed during the onboarding with the service provider.
