Can we require all pull requests which change, add, or remove features include a patch to the CHANGELOG for the next version? For people directly committing to camping/camping this should be done in the same commit or at least in the same push as changes, so we have a note of everything which has changed and nobody needs to go reading back through commit logs or diffs trying to figure out what's changed since the last release.
