How to know when all tests (or all in a testCase) are done

Follow-on:

nodeunit, in some of its reporters, calls process.reallyExit(), which immediately shuts down the process and leaves no room for process.on("exit") handlers. This makes it impossible to do pre-shutdown cleanup, and makes it difficult to embed it into other programs. Recommend we have a standard "complete" callback for each reporter. If called from the command-line nodeunit, then that callback should call process.exit(code), but any other program can handle it with or without shutdown.

Second, recommend we use testcases within testcases. So if I have the example above, it would run "wide setup" once before the "testAll" test, then "per test setup" before / "per test tearDown" after each of testA,testB,testC, then "wide teardown".

Current output looks like:
